Software Assurance for AddOns of CRMBricks.com
   

Intention

The CRMBricks.com software products are maintained and developed. The Software Assurance ensures smooth and trouble free running of the AddOns.

Services

The Software Assurance contains all

• technology updates (e. g. new browsers, new versions of MS CRM) and

• functional updates

• Patches.

Terms

The Software Assurance includes making available of updates on the server CRMBricks.com (software maintenance) and not the installation and configuration of the AddOns on the customer system (support).

Updates

The customer or partner can directly download and install the updates from the installed AddOn or via the CRMBricks.com.

Cost

18 % of the sum of all AddOn licenses

Billing

Annually from license issuing date, for one year. For orders of multiple licenses at different times, Cybersystems reserves the right to bundle billing.

Migration of AddOns to new MS CRM Versions

Cybersystems reserves the right to stop migration of a CRM AddOn to new versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the following reasons:

a. The AddOn functionality is already integrated in the new release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in identical or similar form.

b. The predicted demand for the AddOn on the new release is disproportionate to the development costs.

c. Any Reasons

In this case, Cybersystems will patch the AddOn in the present version during the two years following the release of the new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Reserved are customer-specific modifications/extensions/migrations of AddOns (Custom AddOns)in agreement with Cybersystems after proposal at the expense of the customer.

New Versions of MS Dynamics CRM

The customer decides whether and from when he wishes to migrate to a new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

This decision may be impacted by

- the compatibility of the basic infrastructure (server/clients) with requirements of the new version.

- the request to the new functionalities included in the new version

- discontinuation of the support by Microsoft for old versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- other reasons.

If the client retains the old version after a new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM has been released, Cybersystems ensures the functionality of the new AddOns for the old version for two years from release of the new version.

This service focuses on smooth operations, namely handling of errors. The decision whether new functionalities for old versions are made available, lies soley with Cybersystems.
