The add-on enhances the activity types of Microsoft Dynamics CRM via the SMS channel. The forwarding can be done individually or en masse in the form of a personalized SMS marketing campaign. As regards content
- free text typed by the sending user
- information from the CRM system (e.g. address, telephone number of a customer etc.) or
- template-based, personalized SMS can be sent. The SMS messages sent, are archived in the CRM system of the receivers and/or contacts.
Utilization
Scenario 1:
Inform an external employee that a customer had tried to reach him
-> Send a free text including the content of the field, telephone number, business of the concerned customer to a contact/user
Scenario 2:
An external employee contacts the office and asks for the telephone number of a customer.
-> Send the contact information of the customer (content of the contact template) to a contact/user
Scenario 3:
An external employee contacts the office and asks for the address of a customer before the latter's visit
-> Send the address information of another contact to a contact/user
Scenario 4:
Send a personalized SMS to a selection/marketing list, and/or a number of CRM contacts with stored mobile number.
-> Definition of the template in the CRM system, definition of the selection/distributor/marketing list; activate the dispatch
