Cases and contracts can be managed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Uses
Save time and avoid errors while inputting cases and contracts in the CRM system.
Copy the cases and contracts including items (existing products and manually created ones) and contact links.
You can define templates on which base new cases and contracts can be created quickly.
In the settings you define, if all attributes are copied to the new case or contract, or, if some attributes will be excluded.
You can add a prefix or suffix to the name of the case or contract, e.g. Copy-123456 or 123456-Copy.
